DSR Professor Pamela Klassen has just been elected to the Royal Society of Canada.
The RSC is the most prestigious academic society in Canada. It's the counterpart to the Royal Society in the United Kingdom and the Academy of Arts & Sciences in the United States.
The recent University of Toronto news release features 11 faculty members at U of T who have been newly elected to the RSC. The release briefly features Pamela's book Radio Mind: A Missionary’s Journey on Indigenous Land, in addition to her work on the influence of religion on public life.
