Ann Gleig is Associate Professor of Religion and Cultural Studies at the University of Central Florida. She is author of American Dharma: Buddhism Beyond Modernity (Yale University Press, 2019) and co-editor with Scott A. Mitchell of The Oxford Handbook of American Buddhism (forthcoming with Oxford University Press). She is currently finishing a co-written book with Amy Langenberg on sexual abuse in American Buddhism (under advance contract with Yale University Press). She is an editor for the Journal of Global Buddhism and serves on the steering committee of the Buddhism Unit of the American Academy of Religion.
