Jennifer Bright holds a BA in Religion, Literature and the Arts from the University of British Columbia and a MA in Religion and Modernity from Queen’s University, Canada. Ms. Bright’s primary interests are Tibetan religion, medicine and gender. Currently, Ms. Bright is researching the intersection of Tibetan Buddhism and medicine in the contemporary literature and practice of women’s health in Xining, China. She has variously lived in India, Nepal and China for over three 3 years.
